Production & Shipping
1. Production Time
Once we have received your complete prescription, pupillary distance (PD), and any other required measurements, including fitting height where applicable, custom lenses are expected to take 7 business days to produce.
After production, every pair of glasses must be inspected by our quality control department. We dispatch your order only after confirming that the lenses and assembly meet your order specifications and have passed all quality checks. If we find any imperfections or anything that does not meet these requirements, we will adjust or remake the affected items. This may delay dispatch.
2. Specialty Lenses and Treatments
Some lenses and treatments require additional processing time beyond our standard production time:
- Anti-fog anti-reflective treatment: approximately 1 additional week.
- Selected solid or gradient tints: approximately 1–2 additional weeks.
- Polarized mirrored lenses and specialty photochromic mirrored lenses: up to approximately 3 additional weeks.
- Strong prescriptions and sports or wraparound frames may require longer processing times.
These additional times apply only to options that we offer and that you select for your order.
3. Shipping Time
After your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery is expected to take 10 business days.
Shipping time starts from dispatch and does not include production time. Actual delivery may be affected by public holidays, customs clearance, weather, and carrier schedules. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
